Ecovillage

Hello. This is mostly just a post to see who might still be reading this community.

I haven't lived in an ecovillage myself, but I am interested in intentional community. I have previously lived in a cooperative house with my husband and daughter (who was actually born in the house).

I am car free and have lived in urban settings for most of my adult life, and I find that those two lifestyle choices work well together. I think a lot about the tradeoffs of living in cities versus rural settings, but haven't come to any clear conclusions.
